ANALOG CONTROL

Disconnect the

electrical power to the machine and

follow lockout / tagout procedures.

Shut off the gas before servicing the

unit.

1. Open the door.

2. Unplug wiring harnesses from bottom of control

box.

3. Remove control box from frame of fryer.

4. Loosen set screw in control knob and remove

from shaft.

5. Remove control box cover.

6. Disconnect lead wires as necessary to remove

control.

7. Remove screws from front of control panel and

remove control.
